strawberry + kiwi + chard smoothie

1/2 cup coconut water, 1 kiwi, 3 strawberries, 3 TBSP hemp seeds, 3 leaves rainbow chard + ice

This smoothie is the perfect morning pick-me-up. It’s full of phytochemicals, antioxidants, fiber, and a little protein to start your day on the right track. After a vacation or a weekend of indulgence this is a great way to get right back on track.
