Brecke Ure Certified Trainer
Brecke Ure is a certified personal trainer through NASM and a certified group fitness instructor through AFAA. Brecke worked at Life Time fitness where she was a personal trainer, boot camp and group weight loss instructor. Fitness is her passion. She is consistently learning new techniques and continues to take classes to further her fitness knowledge. She is the kindest, yet most brutal trainer out there. Her circuit, HIIT, and Tabata workouts are killer! Therefore, many of her clients have named her workouts, Brecke Beatings. Brecke applies a varied workout routine, helping her clients lose weight and keep it off. Brecke recently started working as a trainer at Orange Theory Fitness where she coaches and trains clients on weight loss and heart rate training while giving them a killer workout. She has run several half marathons, Ragnar relay races, and completed the Big Cottonwood Marathon in 2013. Brecke believes exercising is an important part of a family’s life and hopes to be a good example to her children of an active lifestyle. She is the mother of three.
Devrie Pettit Registered Dietitian
Devrie Pettit is a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist. She received her BS degree in Nutrition and Food Science from Utah State University. She then went on to complete her Dietetic Internship and receive her Master’s Degree from Stony Brook University in New York. She studied the Mediterranean Diet in Italy and is constantly researching the latest in the nutrition world. She is also a certified Pilates instructor through Poise and Strength Pilates, practicing out of her home. Devrie worked at Life Time Fitness as the Nutrition Coach focusing on weight loss and sports nutrition. Currently, she works one day a week for the top insurance brokerage firm in Utah promoting worksite wellness – a program she helped develop from the ground up. Devrie is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as well as a member of the Sports, Cardiovascular, and Wellness Nutrition Practice Group. Devrie loves food. She believes that food is fuel, that there is always a healthier option available, but once in a while you should eat what you truly want. She does not adhere to a certain “diet”, rather focuses on whole food. She has run several half marathons, and aims to make exercise a daily priority. Devrie is the mother of three. She also loves to travel and eat out with her husband.
