These Salted Caramel Protein Bites are the perfect snack for any day. Each one is filled with 6.3 grams of protein! They are great as a postworkout snack or just as a healthy treat. They are sure to fix your sweet and salty cravings.
Salted Caramel Protein Bites
Yield 12 bites
Ingredients
1 C almond meal
1/4 C toasted coconut almond milk
6 dates
6 scoops Tera's Whey vanilla
1/4 C Guittard caramel baking chips
Instructions
- Blend all of the ingredients in a blender
- Form the dough into 12 even round balls and place on parchment paper
- Melt Guittard caramel baking chips and drizzle on each bite
- Sprinkle with sea salt
- Chill for one hour
