These Salted Caramel Protein Bites are the perfect snack for any day. Each one is filled with 6.3 grams of protein! They are great as a postworkout snack or just as a healthy treat. They are sure to fix your sweet and salty cravings.

Salted Caramel Protein Bites

Yield 12 bites

Ingredients

1 C almond meal

1/4 C toasted coconut almond milk

6 dates

6 scoops Tera's Whey vanilla

1/4 C Guittard caramel baking chips

Instructions

  1. Blend all of the ingredients in a blender
  2. Form the dough into 12 even round balls and place on parchment paper
  3. Melt Guittard caramel baking chips and drizzle on each bite
  4. Sprinkle with sea salt
  5. Chill for one hour
