Power 25


A follow-up to the 21 Day Pure Challenge or a good place to start if you don’t want to be as intense as the 21 day. This is a strict program divided into five phases. Phase one is comprised of protein, veggies, and little fruit. Each of the following phases introduces a new food group and the exercises are enhanced. This is a good plan if you suffer from digestive disorders as well.
