Yield 8 servings
- 1 package of Bob's Red Mill pizza mix
- 2 Tbsp EVOO
- sea salt
- Micro greens
- Hemp seeds
- 1/3 cup kefit
- 2 Tbsp pepercorn ranch
- Drizzle pizza mix with EVOO and sea salt, bake at 425 for 20 minutes
- Top with hummus, lettuce, micro greens, cucumber, radish, carrot, hemp seed, kefir and peppercorn ranch
Add any additional toppings you would like!
